## Summary

have prisons that house criminals. In the past, prison facilities 
were so bad that prisoners often froze or starved to death. 
However, a benevolent king looked into the welfare of prisoners 
and ordered that a standard prison design be followed. 
Since then, the instances of prisoners dying in their cells has reduced drastically.
