Description The council is a group of Drieghanese elders who gather to discuss current matters. It is composed of hunters, merchants, priests, farmers, scholars, and craftsmen living in Drieghan.

It was established when Durgeff NPC Knowledge was appointed Chief of Duvencrune. Before then, the Chief and the Head Priest governed over Drieghan. Other than the two, no one else even had permission to participate in political matters, and people could not even approach the office of the Chief without permission.

However, Chief Durgeff asserted that a council needed to be formed to modernize Drieghan, and opened the doors of her office to the village elders against the advice of the Head Priest.
