Equipment Imbued with Water Energy

Quest Text Hmm... It's not hot. It seems...good...
But it's a little heavy...

Summary I crafted a new protective equipment to work in.
It's effective but much too heavy...
I heard from somewhere that
Alchemists can imbue equipment with elemental energy.
I'm most interested in equipment imbued with water energy.
It's known to be resistant to hot lava and has elemental attributes.
But I can't be since it's something that I just heard about.
I mean, if it was true, why would we be toiling away like this?
