[Knowledge] Otter-ly Interested

Quest Text The precious fish of the Otters are drying well.

Summary Surprisingly, there were Otters to be found about the Letusa Expedition camp.
A few of them spotted some expedition members carrying a large load of supplies.
Curious that the expedition members weren't merchants, and interested in finding out
what especially was so special about the barren wilds that was Ulukita, the Otters decided to join them.
The Otters soon discovered many fish in the lake next to the camp.
They relayed word to Splashing Point, and a few more came scurrying on over after hearing the news.
These Otters weren't interested in what the Letusa Expedition was looking for,
but simply was content with being able to fish at their leisure.
"Some unsavory folk at the Junaid River got in the way of us fishing. Queek!
But here, it's so peaceful and quiet.
