they blessed the crops to be bountiful,

 and led the village to prosperity.

and could only recognize loud noises.

the rest of its life with a bad odor.
The third Yak paid the price by living
the rest of its life with an insatiable hunger.
The fourth Yak gave up its freedom 
and ended up living for humans.
