This elixir is a reagent created after many years of research by Alustin NPC Knowledge, Gorgath NPC Knowledge, and Freharau NPC Knowledge when they were staying at Holy College of Calpheon. It is known that this elixir maximizes the effect of Tears of the Falling Moon, which has the performance closest to the legendary Sage's Stone.
