Design of the Extraction Mill

The post-war treaty pushed by Calpheon, the victor, included handing over Black Crystal Knowledge Item extraction rights. Heidel was in no position to refuse.

Designers and mechanics from Calpheon were sent to build an Extraction Mill, and the blueprint and even the parts used in the construction were kept confidential. This became a pain for Serendian repairmen, who do all the maintenance work around the Extraction Mill. They are furious that they don't even have the blueprint knowledge, let alone the extraction rights to the Black Crystals in Serendia.
