Black Crystal Extraction Mill

After the war, Calpheon constructed an Extraction Mill in western Serendia, and sent Dawson NPC Knowledge, an Appraiser and a Black Crystal Knowledge Item expert, to oversee operations. Every Black Crystal extracted at the mill goes to Calpheon.
