Objective
In order to fully decipher the Nagan document carried by the Desert Naga Spy, Barhan Nesser NPC Knowledge wants you to meet Atui Balacs NPC Knowledge' detached force near the Desert Naga Shrine. Show them the document and find out what it says.

than I thought...
It seems the Desert Nagas were examining
the Sand Grain Bazaar.
Nobody really speaks Nagan here,
so we cannot know for sure, but they were presumably
counting the numbers of soldiers, horses, and camels...
Now, a few soldiers from Atui Balac's detached force
are on patrol near Desert Naga Shrine.
Show them this document,
and find out what it really says.
