Objective
The Otter Fisher NPC Knowledge at the Extraction Mill will give you a Map Fragment if you bring him some Corn Flour Knowledge Item for his Paste Bait NPC Knowledge Item. Bring him 5 Corn Flour and get the fragment.
1. Get 5 Corn (Garden Farming, Harvesting, Node Production, etc.)
2. Produce 5 Corn Flour by Grinding.
3. Give Corn Flour to the Otter Fisher.
Give Corn Flour Knowledge Item to the Otter fisher NPC Knowledge;
