In Padix Island, there is a rare flower called the Loah Flower.
The flower is known to have a very soft and extravagant scent
so it's very popular as an ingredient for making perfumes, kuru.
It's also the reason the Cox Pirates occupy the Padix Island,
but recently, a mutated plant of this flower was discovered.
The scent seems to paralyze the mind of people who smell it
and induce them to a destructive state.
It can even increase their physical powers,
giving them unusual strength, kuru.
