Objective
Gorgath NPC Knowledge gave you the finished Mutant Loah Flower Neutralizer Knowledge Item along with its recipe and warned you of about the Padix Island.
Talk to Gorgath NPC Knowledge and receive the Mutant Loah Flower Neutralizer Knowledge Item;

Thankfully, the recipe to the neutralizer wasn't so much different.
Take this and put it in the Pot with the Mutant Loah Flower and the pirates will return to their original state. At least for a while.

To create the Mutant Loah Flower Neutralizer Knowledge Item,
use Simple Alchemy with Mutant Loah Flower, Highly Concentrated Herbal Juice Knowledge Item x20, Fire Horn x35, Trace of Nature Knowledge Item x70.
This is just my speculation...but it doesn't seem like this phenomenon happened naturally...
