Objective
Hakan Derk NPC Knowledge says he needs to find out the cause of this incident and asks you to get information from Laborers locked inside the Lava Cave.

Talk with the Laborers inside the Lava Cave and acquire knowledge.

For now, stop the flame from spreading outside the cave.
We can't go inside the cave since there are no combat personnel there...
And since it's very hot in there, no one will go in.
I hate to ask since we've just met... but please do me a favor.
A lot of laborers are locked inside there, waiting to be rescued.
Will you rescue them?
So many lives.
I am sorry, I sincerely ask your mercy. Get inside and look for any survivors, then find someone who saw it happen.
