Theo Dango NPC Knowledge says that he met a old friend from his mercenary days at the Sarma Outpost, but that friend pretended to not know him. Theo asks you to find that friend.

Go to Sarma Outpost and ask for a soldier who used to be a mercenary.

I am now a member of the Shroud Knights
but I actually started out as a mercenary for hire.
Life is easier now,
but I will never forget the men whom I once called my brothers and fought beside me in battle.
Do you mind going to the Sarma Outpost and asking for someone named Schumann?
He is an old friend from my mercenary days.
I don't know why but
when he saw me, he pretended to not recognize me.
Will you go ask him if something is wrong?
