[Manor] Dragon's Tears: Tshira Ruins Subjugation

Objective
Odelphin NPC Knowledge claims hot springs made with Dragon's Tears Knowledge Item are good for the body, and will tell you how to make some Dragon's Tears if you help out the Mercenary Office.

※ Purchase a quest scroll from the Gerez Mercenary Office to proceed with the [Weekly] Tshira Ruins Elimination quest.
※ You will need to have learned the Knowledge "Deian's Journal" from completing the Drieghan Main Quest "Deian's Schemes" to purchase a scroll.
※ Warning: You must finish the [Weekly] Tshira Ruins Elimination quest while having first accepted the [Manor] Dragon's Tears: Tshira Ruins Subjugation quest to gain credit for the latter quest.
※ Warning: You can only complete one of the four [Manor] Dragon's Tears quests, but the rewards are the same.
Complete the [Weekly] Tshira Ruins Elimination quest from the Gerez Mercenary Office;

A certain alchemist was analyzing the make up of actual dragon tears
and ended up creating some liquid of similar composition.
They say hot springs with these Dragon's Tears are great for your body.
Why not install one in your new home?

to create some Dragon's Tears right here!
Of course, I can't just teach you it for free.
Help out the mercenary office, then I'll share it with you.
