Chapter 2: The Ravaged Yukjo Street

All the preparations had been made. It was time to suppress Jang Daeseung NPC Knowledge and bring back the morning!

As the traveler and Mongryong rushed out, Yukjo Street had already erupted in chaos. Fires blazed, and the Palace Guards were struggling to fend off the rebels. The traveler suppressed the rebels and headed towards Gyeongbokgung Palace.

At the palace, Taesoo NPC Knowledge, the Palace Guard Captain, was facing off against Won Baek. Despite using all his strength, Taesoo couldn't defeat the powerful skills of a martial artist from Hwasun Valley. Eventually, Taesoo fell to an attack imbued with dark energy. The traveler arrived too late.

"You're late. I was getting awfully bored waiting for you. Now let us see who is the greatest warrior, once and for all. Come at me."

Won Baek's aura was markedly different from before. Could it be because she had received power from Jang Daeseung? Yet she was no match for the traveler.

"It is not over yet, Traveler!"

"Master! I was just about to finish off the Traveler."
"No, I've seen enough."
"M-master... I can do this... I just need one more chance-"
"I've already... given you three."

The Master withdrew his power from Won Baek, with it taking her life, and leisurely walked towards the palace.
