Apparently there's a MOD Mk XVI model at Marni's Spooky Playground. Disguise yourself as a MOD Oog Mk III and approach it carefully while avoiding its gaze.

※ MOD Mk XVI will appear once every 6 min.
※ Use the Navigate function to move to the quest location.
※ MOD Oog Mk III can only be controlled when MOD Mk XVI appears.
※ This is a weekly quest that resets every Thursday.
Get on a MOD Oog Mk III and approach the MOD Mk XVI carefully while avoiding its gaze;
