Objective
It appears that MOD Oogs Mk IV and Mk V are fighting over the MOD Oog Power Core. Marcellin tells you to go let Dellenoa know who you think will win.

These MOD Oogs are quite dangerous, so Dellenoa will be handling the power core herself.
If you do pick the victorious Oog, she'll also supply you with an even better prize as well!
All the same to me, since I get some entertainment at the expense of a free power core.
