Objective
The Princess's personal bodyguard in Valencia City thinks someone's been giving the Princess some unwanted attention. He asks that if you find any shady characters about, take them down immediately, then let him know.

Some shady-looking individual has been stealing glimpses of Princess Saya.
I've always been standing guard here, staring down all who pass this street,
but it's occurred to me that I must have let one slip by.
If you see any shady characters about, take them down and find me.
I'll be waiting here, guarding my post.
