Objective
Nassr from Valencia City asked you to make Purified Water Knowledge Item and Star Anise Tea Knowledge Item, which are essential to desert survival. Get water from the lake near the city to make Purified Water and Star Anise Tea.

What do you do then? Yes! You drink water.
Desert nights are cold. What happens then? Your body get cold.
What do you do then? Yes! You drink hot tea NPC Item.
And YOU can make all these, no need for the Central Market!
Okay! Get some empty bottles from a store and fill'em with water at the lake.
Filter the water to make Purified Water Knowledge Item,
and mix Purified Water with Star Anise Knowledge Item through Simple Cooking to make Star Anise Tea Knowledge Item!
