Objective
Chief Valentine of Florin told you about the Mask Owls sneaking in during the night and stealing empty bottles. He expressed a desire to reclaim his stolen bottles to make potions. Slay Mask Owls and reclaim the stolen empty bottles.
Defeat the Mask Owl NPC Knowledge Warriors and retrieve the stolen Bundle of Empty Bottles;

They seem to come during the night to steal any empty bottles they come across.
I wonder what they're up to...
