Objective
Chief Valentine of Florin tells you that all potions that are used would most likely be produced in Florin. The Chief also mentioned a need for Florin to be free from the threat of the Mask Owls. Slay the groups of Mask Owls and return to Chief Valentine.

We need to reduce their numbers so that they won't come down.
