Prince Bareeds III NPC Knowledge told you to go to Tarif if you want to find more clues about Illezra, and said that you'll need the emblem of the Shroud Knights in order to enter Tarif. Save the Abandoned Iron Mine and gain recognition as a member of the Shroud Knights.

Illezra was a sorceress from Tarif, but if you wish to travel there,
you must first acquire an emblem of the Shroud Knights.
