Objective
Sracy believes the lock's spell is connected to the curse of the restless dead, which you can break by purifying the Soldiers' Cemetery of the dead raised by Illezra.
Defeat the skeletons in Soldiers' Cemetery;

Look closely at the markings on the lock.
It doesn't look like any sort of metal you've seen before, does it?
That's because it's made out of a living creature's bones.
In other words, a powerful curse is keeping this chest locked.
The bones scattered about here all fell victim to the wars of old.
After the Three Days of Darkness, they all stirred back to life.
In order to break the curse on the lock,
you must first break the curse of these wretched souls.
The only way to do that...
is to grant their tortured souls eternal peace.
