Norn Federers NPC Knowledge said that he could cultivate the new improved crop, Spirit Sapling, because he takes extra good care of them. Prepare Purified Water Knowledge Item and Organic Fertilizer Knowledge Item that Norn asked for and return to him.

※ Use Shaking in the Processing window to combine Byproduct Fertilizer Knowledge Item and Purified Water into Organic Fertilizer.
