Objective
The Investigators, led by Maudi Budar NPC Knowledge, are investigating the strange phenomenon at the Mediah Northern Highlands. Talk to Tiu the Alchemist who is also investigating the black force nearby.

This dark force was first found
by the Shroud Scouts patrolling this area.
The dangers of this place must've been obvious
even to those soldiers who do not know magic.
Neruda Shen NPC Knowledge immediately formed the Investigators
when he felt its danger.
However... No one figured out anything significant yet
about what this dark force really is.
I looked through all the data I have but it was no use.
I'm afraid there is a strong possibility that this force is
something new that was created on purpose.
I heard Tiu has arrived here all the way from Altinova.
He said he has a favor to ask you so go talk to him.

I just hope it's not something dangerous.
