Seilane NPC Knowledge tells you to thin the River Water in the
Empty Bottle to make Purified Water Knowledge Item.
1. Select the Processing window (), and choose Filtering.
2. Put the
Bottle of River Water in the Filtering window and get 1 Purified Water.
※ It has to be windy to use Filtering. If there's no wind where you are, try Filtering somewhere else.
