[Alchemy] Making an Elixir of Energy

Objective
※ Alchemy quests are difficult by design.
 Seilane NPC Knowledge asks you to make an Elixir of Energy Knowledge Item using Pure Powder Reagent Knowledge Item.
1. Filter a Bottle of River Water to make 3 Purified Water Knowledge Item.
2. Buy 2 MP Potion (Small) from Seilane.
3. Go to the Alchemy Tool NPC Item in your Residence.
4. Make an Elixir of Energy.
5. Elixir of Energy Ingredients: 1 Pure Powder Reagent, 2 MP Potion (Small), 4 Fox Blood, 3 Purified Water
※ Like cooking, results in alchemy depend on the mixture of main and supporting ingredients.
※ The main ingredient in Elixir of Energy is Pure Powder Reagent, and there has to be at least 1.
※ The sub-ingredients in Elixir of Energy are MP Potion (Small), Fox Blood, and Purified Water, which can be substituted by ingredients with the same properties.
You can substitute Weasel Blood for Fox Blood and Distilled Water Knowledge Item for Purified Water.
※ If you put in more supporting ingredients than the required quantity, or the exact amount, your alchemy will succeed at a 100% rate,
but if you put fewer ingredients, it may succeed or fail.
