Something Hidden at the Pila Ku Jail

Objective
Suspicious Adventurer says he was tasked by Bertod NPC Knowledge, an officer of Muiquun, to fetch a certain item. He says it wasn't easy getting it fighting through the mob at the Pila Ku Jail and asks you to fight them yourself if you don't believe him. Let's try fighting the mob at the Pila Ku Jail.
※ Pila Ku is at the edge of the Great Desert of Valencia.
※ You cannot see your location in the desert and you can be inflicted with Hypothermia and Heatstroke.
※ Hypothermia and Heatstroke can be cured with Star Anise Tea Knowledge Item and Purified Water Knowledge Item, respectively.
※ Combine
Part for Explorer's Compass x3 to craft 
Ancient Explorer's Compass, which allows you to see the map in the desert.
※ Pila Ku is at the edge of the Great Desert of Valencia.
※ You cannot see your location in the desert and you can be inflicted with Hypothermia and Heatstroke.
※ Hypothermia and Heatstroke can be cured with Star Anise Tea Knowledge Item and Purified Water Knowledge Item, respectively.
