Objective
The item retrieved by the Suspicious Adventurer was a tool to decipher coded messages. He earned the favor of Kayal, the leader of Muiquun and was able to make acquaintances with various important personnel of the town. He says Kashim NPC Knowledge, Sophia NPC Knowledge, and Makhan Murad NPC Knowledge stood out to him and said you can learn about them from the people of Arehaza. Let's ask around in Arehaza.
