[Storybook] Bridge of Hostility

Objective
Bridge of Hostility I: The Hamlet
There is a place called the hamlet near Cheongsan Institute.
The people there work for the institute by
providing food or taking on unpleasant tasks.
It is a place that is indispensable to the institute.
The traveler played with the children of the hamlet,
but as they were doing so... a woman came running over, shocked.
What she said was truly bewildering.
Apparently she had panicked when she saw a stranger playing with the children.
What could possibly have been so worrisome about someone playing with the children?
The traveler then heard the reason from the woman in question, Yeori NPC Knowledge:
The Cheongsan Institute scholars looked down upon the people of the hamlet.
They believed that there was a clear line between scholars, who pursue intellectual studies,
and the people of the hamlet, who take on menial tasks.
Yeori laments at length, saying that if the traveler goes near "Blue Bridge"
that connects the institute and Hamlet, they will be able to understand what she means.
"The tyranny of the scholars is undeniable!
It wasn't like this in the past, according to the elderly...
The scholars act as if they're of the office...
How can people treat each other this way?"
Hearing this, the traveler heads to Blue Bridge.
And sure enough, the scholar guarding the bridge is tormenting the people.
