Objective
The woman talked about how they trade the ancient artifacts excavated by the Serendian soldiers and mentioned there's something suspicious about it. She suggests you talk to the Serendian captain.
Meet Carpuro NPC Knowledge, the captain of the Serendian army;

The Old Moon Guild only asked the
Serendian soldiers to excavate the ruins.
Whenever they discover ancient artifacts, the Old Moon Guild
takes the artifact to the tribespeople and they decipher what's written.
In return, the tribespeople get crow coins.
Not silver or food. Why would they need Crow Coins?
Oh, and one more thing to mention.
The soldiers kept singing a song called "Missing Scholar".
I heard that there was a woman who was hired by captain Carpuro NPC Knowledge
with the permission of the Old Moon Guild...
