Cook some Fish Fillet Chips Knowledge Item as Edman suggested, and use Imperial Cuisine to box them up into an Skilled Cook's Cooking Box Knowledge Item.

1. Cook Fish Fillet Chip x75
2. Open the Processing window () and select Imperial Cuisine to box up the Fish Fillet Chips.
3. Sell the Skilled Cook's Cooking Box to an Imperial Crafting Delivery manager.
