Severo Loggia NPC Knowledge suggested that you invest in a trade route from his farm to Western Guard Camp via Imp Cave. Go to go to Tiny Nose NPC Knowledge, the Imp Cave Node Manager.
1. Go to Imp Cave.
2. Find Tiny Nose.
3. Talk to Tiny Nose and invest Contribution Point into Imp Cave.
