Objective
The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge said you should go to Feltron Island and shoot a flare NPC Item to call the Goldmont Pirate Ship as mentioned in Sherah Riki NPC Knowledge's letter. Defeat the Goldmont Pirate Ship and talk to the Black Spirit again.

※ If you lose the Black Turtle Flare, forfeit the quest and talk to the Black Spirit to reaccept the quest.
