The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge believes that the Turos may be in pain due to the Lightstone of Orzeca in the underground cave. Travel to the underground cave in Talibahr's Rope and meet Monjur Einel NPC Knowledge who is emanating red magical powers.

That radiant light pillar we saw in the cave?
I just realized that pillar was nothing more than
the Lightstone of Orzeca we saw in Olun's Valley earlier!
Now everything makes sense. I now see how
Sephir's Ahib can control the minds of Turos.
They extinguished the Azure Flame, source of the protection magic,
and took their wills away using the Lightstone.
Just like how Orzecans tried to
rule the people of Olun...
Let's go to the underground cave again
and meet the Einel who was controlling the Lightstone!
