A Villager in Calpheon said a Dwarf who went to Parliament needs to stop bragging.
Check the Golden Eagle in the Parliament and talk to the Dwarf;

Hey, listen to this Dwarf brag.
He says he repaired the interior of the Parliament a while ago.
But this guy said everything inside the Parliament
is made of gold, including chairs and walls.
Oh, and his story about the Golden Eagle Statue is the best.
He said the Golden Eagle's body is made of gold,
and its eyes are made of ruby, and its claws are made of diamond.
Do you think it's real? Have you ever been there?
If anyone went inside that place and checked out the story,
this guy would stop bragging!
