Objective
Gray Biants NPC Knowledge, a Calpheonian priestess in Olvia, is worried about children wandering around the town late at night during the festival. Remove wolves from the town's surroundings to alleviate Gray Biants' worries.
Get rid of wolves near Olvia;

Calpheon must be pumped up for the festival by now.
The same goes here, too, as you can see.
Especially the children. They take a basket
and wander around the town at night for candies.
What I'm worried about is
the wolves around town.
What if the children get hurt at night
while walking around...
Adventurer, can you perhaps
get rid of the wolves near the town?
If you teach them a good lesson,
they will not want to come down to the town ever again.
