Objective
Mercianne Moretti NPC Knowledge from Moretti Plantation plans to take advantage of Scarecrow NPC Item Ghosts to supply decorations for the festival. Defeat Scarecrow Ghosts and bring their hats to Moretti.

Oh, please do come in. We were running out of hands.
Finally we get a chance to take advantage of those pesky scarecrows.
We were asked to supply hay and rag to decorate scarecrows for Heidel's festival,
so we gave away what was lying around my farm. You know, from Scarecrow NPC Item Ghosts.
And the Heidelians loved it!
So, can you collect more of those straw hats from the scarecrows?
If you do, I will also give you a nice little present.
