Objective
Kanilla Delcas NPC Knowledge, the sole descendant of the Vell Pirates, said she'd tell you a secret even the Vell Pirates could not solve.

I'll show Khan to the pirate union,
who have been acting like they're the Black Turtle Tribe.
You proved that the Vell Pirates were wrongfully accused,
and that I am not a descendant of devils.
You have no idea how important that
cerulean crystal
you gave me, was to the Vell Pirates.
It allowed them to become friends with the big fish
of the Great Ocean, often referred to as sea monsters.
If you continue sailing and bring me more of it,
I'll draw the constellation map for you.
Of course, you'll have to obtain Oquilla's Eye yourself,
but once you have everything, you'll be able to summon Khan.
I'm pretty sure of it... Because we know that the stories are true.
The tribespeople will be surprised. Everyone will be.
If this continues, a seed of distrust will be planted
not only inside the Old Moon Guild, but also inside the Pirate Union.
