Delphad Castillion NPC Knowledge said he has a 
Confidential Letter from the Kalis Parliament for you to deliver to Queen Brolina. He said you are to take the path down Kamasylvia Vicinity this time, and not via the Sky Balloon. Enrique Encarotia NPC Knowledge said his merchant guild was also taking that path to trade with Kamasylvia, but the area is filled with ferocious gargoyles. He requests you to wipe them out so that his merchants can pass safely.

so you will have to use the path through Kamasylvia Vicinity this time.
The scenery along the way is quite jaw-dropping,
but make sure you stay focused on the mission.
Look to see if the roads are safe for our soldiers to pass,
and if there are any areas on the way where enemies could lie in ambush.
Be on your best behavior so the Achers grow none the wiser,
and do whatever task you need to earn their trust.
That way, you'll be able to roam about freely as you will.
After all, that is what you excel in.
