Objective
The Verti Seimancer said that she will give you riddles related to one of the two phantoms and that she will lend you the eyes to help you follow the traces further if you solve all of them.

but it seems you are in luck today.
After Raz'nal NPC Knowledge, the first Fallen One, was defeated,
the darkness that used to scare the phantom was lifted.
A warm full moon has risen and you happen to be the one who fulfilled
the phantom's will by reviving Kamasylve, so the timing can't be any better.
