Objective
Norn Federers NPC Knowledge was one of the Kamasylve priests when Amelia Ornette ruled the country. He says Kamasylve's Light comes from the Songs of the Spirits, and that he would tell you more if you go tell Milford NPC Knowledge at Valtarra Altar of Training news that the strawberry Knowledge Item flower laden with Valtarra's breath has bloomed.

As soon as Amelia Ornette became queen,
she kicked out all of the Kamasylve Priesthood.
Of course, I was grateful that they spared my head. Hahaha.
According to the official decree, the Kamasylve Priest Council was disbanded
in order to prioritize the extermination of the Vedir
and concentrate the nation's resources to strengthen its military might,
rather than focus on the uncertain restoration of the Kamasylve.
However, I still think there was some other reason behind it.
Even so, back then, I was so happy
to be closing that troubled chapter of my life in the capital.
I left in an instant.
If I had stayed any longer, I might've received the Black Flower myself.
Besides, Her Majesty is no longer in need of my services, no?
There's that Luthraghon elder NPC Knowledge right beside her, aiding the throne.
For some reason, I heard the elder came to lose his memory,
and yet, he was quite knowledgeable in the language of the Ancient Spirits.
More useful than a lousy priest like me, don't you think?
They'll probably be able to revive the Songs of the Spirits in no time.
Which will then restore the light of the Kamasylve and solve everything!
Oh, by the way, have you ever hiked up the Valtarra Mountains?
