Hakkon NPC Knowledge asked you to investigate the Altar of Blood NPC Knowledge at the Kzarka Temple using Cultist NPC Knowledge Blood.

Countless people came in here.
Of course, no one could save their souls.
They either disappeared or were corrupted.
I think the Cultists are a similar case.
They eventually ended up worshiping Kzarka.
Bring the Cultist NPC Knowledge Blood to the Altar of Blood NPC Knowledge at the center of the temple.
You'll have to see the reaction with your own eyes.
