[Alchemy] Alchemy for Philance

Objective
※ Alchemy quests are difficult by design.
※ You can complete this quest with ease if your Gathering Level is over 25 (Skilled 5), and Alchemy Level is over 11 (Apprentice 1).

Koi suggested you make Sinner's Blood Knowledge Item for Philance NPC Knowledge for practice. Find the materials you need from Koi's friends inside the cave and make Sinner's Blood.
1. Meet Koi's friends inside the cave (4 people) and ask for the materials
2. Put all the materials in the Alchemy Tool NPC Item and make Sinner's Blood.
