Although we are passing by Shakatu NPC Knowledge,
let's not stop and talk to Taphtar NPC Knowledge right now.
It's more important to first survey the Kisleev Crag.

I head that to get to Kisleev Crag, we need to go southwest, past Shakatu NPC Knowledge.
I also heard there is a river there.
We might have to cross the river.
