Astrologist Purajin NPC Knowledge said an extremely ominous sign has appeared right before the Aal's Full-Moon Ceremony which happens every 57 years. Tell the king of Valencia about this immediately.

It's important as it's when the king receives Aal's blessing as the rightful king.
However there are ominous signs right now, right before the next Full-Moon Ceremony.
It's so ominous I am afraid to say it out loud.
However, if nothing is done, then the royal family...no, Valencia will be swept away by the storm!
