[Apex Changui] Daeho's Brother Devoured

Old Lady Birigongdeok

Objective
When Daeho was still among the living, his younger brother Daesuk was slain by a tiger and turned into a Changui, ultimately leading to the death of their family. Consumed by revenge, Daeho left with a vow to kill Sangoon NPC Knowledge, the source of this tragedy, and to rid these lands of Changui and tiger attacks, once and for all. Let's continue talking with the Auntie.

Hyang-goong Dialogue
The first one to be eaten by the tiger was Daeho's younger brother
who in turn became a Changui that lured his father to the tigers.
That's why no one associates with victims of tiger attacks.
Those who become Changui sacrifice everyone they knew to spare their own lives.
Daeho was devastated.
His wedding was canceled and everything fell apart.
In the end, Daeho left to seek revenge. He said he'd tear out Sangoon NPC Knowledge's heart,
claiming it would make all the Changui disappear, once and for all.
I haven't heard back from him since... But you said you found Daeho?
If so, then something must have gone terribly wrong...

Quest NPC Completion
Daeho's soul still lingers in this world, though only by a thin string.
We have little time, I fear, as it is gradually growing more vicious.
This was the first time he attacked us Tigerslayers.
Before, he'd always appeared only briefly from a distance, then disappeared.
You're still with us because Daeho was protecting his dear mother.
That boy has been keeping other Changui at bay.
