Verti negotiator of the Turasil Priest Council, a direct subordinate organization of Queen Viorencia Odore.
Circa is trying to rekindle the extinguished Azure Flame Brazier of the La O'delle Mountains surrounding Tunkuta. This is because recently some of Tunkuta's Turos are suffering from itchiness all over their bodies. Although at first the Grand Chief asked for a non-aggression pact with her, the Second Chief Cartil Tankta ended up reaching out to her for help. Circa, who investigated here and there, eventually came to a conclusion that Sephir was behind the extinguishing of the Azure Flame Brazier.
