Circa is suspicious of the Prophecy of Tunta given to the Turos, thinking that Sephir might be behind everything including the increase in the number of Fallen Ones. She also suspects an Acher prisoner named La O'delle NPC Knowledge as well. Talk to her to find out more.

However, I do believe the Sephir is behind all this.
She must've done something to make Grand Chief to give such an order.
This Azure Flame, that had protected Tunkuta for so long,
was put out for an unknown reason. It's another compelling sign.

It is certain that someone must've put it out on purpose.
We had been thinking that Dark Knights are the culprits behind
the increase in the number of Fallen Ones and the extinguished flame...
But it turns out they are victims, too? Then there's only one left.
Sephir... I also suspected La O'delle NPC Knowledge too, but...
that woman is completely gone mad
and has no power to put out this Azure Flame either.
